    The Grove Frisco is a Master-Planned Community at the "Four Corners" of North Dallas where Plano, Allen, McKinney and Frisco come together. Featuring new homes, luxury amenities, mature trees and landscape, winding streets and beautiful green spaces.

  • Where is the Grove Frisco located?

    The Grove Frisco is located off of Custer Road between Main Street and Rolater Road in Frisco, TX, just one mile from the Four Corners where the vibrant cities of Frisco, Plano, McKinney and Allen meet.

  • Who is the developer and owner of The Grove Frisco?

    The Grove Frisco is being developed by Newland Communities, the largest private developer of residential and urban mixed-use communities in the United States. Newland brings 50 years of experience and more than 35 communities currently under development in 14 states.

    The Grove Frisco is owned by a joint venture partnership between Newland and North America Sekisui House, Ltd., (NASH). NASH is the U.S. business operations unit and a full subsidiary of Sekisui House Ltd., Japan’s largest homebuilder and a leading diversified developer since 1960.

    Homeowners Association Assessments are currently $1,020 per year, paid on a quarterly basis at $255.

    Front Yard Landscape Maintenance Assessments are currently $900 per year, paid on quarterly basis at $225.
