In other words, you’re going to stay very busy.
Orchard House is a warm and welcoming community gathering (and work) space, featuring meeting rooms, a cozy fireplace, fitness center and more. It also happens to be where you’ll stop first once you move to The Grove Frisco. The HOA Management team is onsite 5 days a week to help get you get oriented and answer any questions you may as a new resident.

Our coming-soon amenity north of Main Street will be about fitness and wellness. Open to all residents of The Grove Frisco, it will be where you can join a group class on the yoga lawn, take a dip in the pool, or pursue your passion for pickleball. (For starters.) Coming 2026.
At The Grove Frisco, we have a dedicated lifestyle director whose job is making sure there is always something fun to do. We’ve had food trucks and live music. Holiday celebrations and trick-or-treat parties. Wine tastings and game nights. And when you also consider all the clubs you can join, we think you’re going to find yourself pretty busy here.
