Trophy Signature Homes brings unique style to The Grove Frisco

Trophy Signature Homes, a new North Texas homebuilder with a unique approach to designing and building new homes, is now selling new homes priced from $469,900 to $525,900 in The Grove Frisco.

Trophy Signature’s model home in Hollyhock features the Plaza floor plan, which is also available in The Grove Frisco. Beamed ceilings, quartz or granite solid-surface countertops, 42-inch upper kitchen cabinets, hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances are among the many features included at no extra cost.

Great design is a big part of the Trophy Signature philosophy. Each of the builder’s six floor plans in The Grove Frisco is offered in one of three distinct exterior styles, including Farmhouse, Soft Contemporary and Modern Contemporary. Stone is available with all exterior styles, and is one of the few added-cost options offered.

Trophy Signature’s emphasis on design continues inside, with nine distinct Design Packages that coordinate flooring, countertops, paint colors, hardware fixtures and other finishes into a cohesive look for homeowners.

Trophy Signature homes in The Grove Frisco have rear-entry garages, accessed through a rear laneway. This allows architects to design striking front exteriors with classic and modern details, with no distraction or clutter from garage doors. It also helps to create a clean and attractive appearance throughout the neighborhood, with no driveways and fewer cars in sight. 

In the Plaza model home in Hollyhock, the downstairs owner's suite includes a retreat adjoining the main bedroom area. Included in many Trophy Signature floor plans, this room adds approximately 100 more square feet to the already spacious owner's suite. It can be used as a sitting area, nursery, study or exercise room. The owner's suite bathroom is also luxurious, with dual vanities, a glass-enclosed walk-in shower with a seat, and a room-sized walk-in closet.

The kitchen, breakfast area and family room are open, creating a large, seamless informal living area that flows onto the covered patio. The Plaza model home also includes a study with French doors and a formal dining room on the main level. Upstairs, it has three more bedrooms, a gameroom and a media room.

This design has abundant storage space, starting with 42-inch upper cabinets, another included feature. The walk-in pantry, oversized two-car garage, and the large utility room offer extra storage space. The mudroom entry from the garage includes a built-in valet, another included feature.
