Brookfield Residential homes are now available at The Grove Frisco
After months of preparation and anticipation, Brookfield Residential homes are now selling in The Grove Frisco. With 11 stunning floor plans to choose from featuring 3 to 6 bedrooms, these homes were designed specifically for our community.
To ensure buyers’ lifestyle needs would be met, the Brookfield Residential team did extensive research, meeting with current and prospective homeowners, real estate agents, builders, vendors, and more to develop a full array of homes with flexible options such as multi-generational suites, upstairs utility rooms, game and media rooms, and more. All of the homes are two stories and include at least one study/office in addition to the bedrooms. Two model homes, The Linfield and The Denison, representing Brookfield Residential’s 40- and 55-foot home collections, are now open daily for tours. All of the homes are located in the eagerly awaited new neighborhood section north of Main Street, which will feature additional parks, trails, and added amenities.
