At the heart of our lifestyle programming is Courtney Craven, Director of Community Engagement. Courtney brings warmth and creativity to her role, helping to foster a welcoming environment where neighbors become friends and community life thrives.

One of the things that makes The Grove Frisco stand out is its 75 acres of green space, pocket parks, playgrounds, and over eight miles of trails. These natural gathering spaces are designed to spark authentic connections and provide residents with places to live, play, and flourish.
Courtney also believes in the power of collaboration. Many of the most beloved events at The Grove Frisco began with resident ideas.
“I knew I wanted to bring a Bolly-inspired workout here, and one of our residents had a connection with a local instructor. Together, we coordinated the class and made it happen. It’s moments like this that show how connected our community really is.”
From summer highlights like the Community Color Run and Dueling Pianos Night, to smaller moments of everyday connection, Courtney’s goal is simple:
“I have a sign in my office that says, ‘Be somebody who makes everybody feel like somebody.’ My goal is to make every single person I come in contact with feel seen and heard.”
